Refund Policy

 Note: If you wish to put your subscription on hold, this can be done at any time at no cost. In addition, if the details of your ad need to be changed in the middle of your subscription (For example: All of your hair stations are now rented and all that remains available is a manicure table.) this can also be done at any time at no cost, as many times as necessary. It may not be necessary to cancel your ad just because availability has changed. Your needs may change suddenly and unexpectedly, so putting your subscription on hold might be a good option. Also, saving the names of respondents who’ve shown interest can be useful in the future.

1:  Month-to-Month Subscription:

  • If you cancel your month-to-month subscription, your ad can continue to run until the end of the current billing cycle, unless you request to remove it immediately.
  • No partial refunds are issued for cancellations before the end of the month.


2:  Six-Month Subscription:

  • If you cancel before completing the full 6-month term, your ad will run until the end of the current month, unless you request to have it removed immediately.
  • A refund will be issued for the remaining unused months. However, the months used will be charged at the standard month-to-month rate, and the 6-month discount will no longer apply to those months.
  • Any additional discounts (e.g., promo codes) will only apply to the months you used.

Example Calculation:

  • Standard month-to-month rate: $39.99 per month
  • 6-month subscription (with a 5% discount): $239.94
  • Additional 10% discount from a promo code: Total paid: $205.15
  • If you cancel halfway through the second month:
      • You are charged $39.99 per month for 2 months with the 10% promo code discount → $71.98 total
      • Your refund is the total you paid minus the adjusted cost of used months:
        • $205.15 - $71.98 = $133.17 refund issued

3: Twelve-Month Subscription:

  • If you cancel before 6 months:
      • Your ad will run until the end of the current month, unless you request to have it removed immediately.
      • You will be charged at the standard month-to-month rate for the months your ad ran.
      • Only promo code discounts (if applied) will be honored and only for the months used.
      • A refund will be issued for the remaining unused months based on the new adjusted cost.
    • If you cancel after 6 months but before completing the full year:
      • Your ad will run until the end of the current month, unless you request to have it removed immediately.
      • You will be charged at the 6-month subscription rate (which includes a 5% discount) for the months your ad ran.
      • Any additional promo code discounts will only apply to the months used.
      • A refund will be issued for the difference between the total amount paid and the adjusted charges for the number of months used.

This policy ensures fair pricing adjustments while maintaining flexibility for cancellations.
